These two standards are on the ship design units, ship repair enterprises evaluationstandard and basis, evaluates the access management standards for theship design units and repair enterprise. According to the standard, the ship design units are divided into general ship design units and the fishing vessel design units in two categories. In each class, and then according to the general condition,the professional and technical strength, quality management and technical equipment and other conditions are divided into a, B, C, D 4 grades. At all levels of the ship design units to the total score is 500,qualified for 400 points.
